Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Lumi, provided by Soarware Labs. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Lumi provides AI-powered customer support and sales tools that integrate with your online store. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, keeping credentials secure, and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any store you link.

Free trial & billing

  • New workspaces include a 7-day free trial.
  • After the trial, paid plans are billed monthly. Plans include a set number of AI resolutions; usage beyond the included amount may incur overage charges as described on our pricing page.
  • Merchants who install via Shopify are billed through Shopify's billing system.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

  • violating any law or third-party rights;
  • uploading malicious code or attempting to breach security or tenant isolation;
  • using the service to send spam or unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to operate the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for data you bring into Lumi, including end-customer data.

AI output

Lumi generates responses using AI and grounds them in your data, but AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing actions that affect customers (such as refunds and cancellations), which require human approval by design.

Availability & warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soarware Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Lumi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data deletion is handled per our Privacy Policy.
